I wanted to extend a huge THANK YOU to Lucy and her staff for their wonderful work. Superior…read moreservice began from my first online inquiry which was answered within 15 minutes. Unlike other service providers, Lucy went beyond asking my home's square footage and general state of cleanliness. She visited my home (on the same day) to walk the rooms and get a true understanding of the scope of work and my specific desires. The quote given was very reasonable and we chose to move forward with an initial deep clean. Our home was tidy, but our previous (nationally franchised) maid service seemed to be getting less thorough with each session so the deep clean gave us peace of mind and a great reset. Lucy was wonderful with scheduling us for a time that worked for my family, and we appreciated her flexibility! Yesterday was our deep clean and OH BOY did her team go above and beyond. Lucy and her associate arrived on-time, fully stocked with cleaning products, and great spirits. They spent over five hours in my home scrubbing things until they sparkled. They cleaned items never touched by my old service including ceiling fans and under the couches. Additionally, they were able to remove stains on my walls that I had given up on. The kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms have never looked better! Sinks and appliances look brand new despite being almost ten years old. We are very grateful for Lucy and have already set up to be recurring customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Give her a chance and skip the national franchises. I promise you, you won't be disappointed!

When the team arrived, they took a quick glance around to get their bearings and then I took my dog and headed to work. I returned just as they were wrapping up. I've got a LOT of knick knacks and each one was gently moved, wiped down (along with the shelf it was on) and returned to its place. My stove literally looked like it was brand new. Amazing job! I paid a deposit, but right after their assigned time to be there, he starts blowing up my phone which I couldn't answer as I was in a meeting. Finally, he texted which I could take. He stated they wouldn't start work unless I went ahead and paid them because the job was more than expected. I thought this was highly unprofessional, but went ahead and paid. Throughout the process, he kept sending me pics and complaints. Again, very unprofessional! Then, they didn't take the trash. They left it piled on the front porch. Joel said cleaning doesn't mean hauling off trash. If you Google move out cleaning, trash removal is part of it. I put a maybe cause if you want a great clean, but don't mind unprofessional behavior and hauling off your own trash, you should definitely hire them because besides not wiping down the counters in the laundry room, I have zero complaints for the job they did. Took one star for the unprofessional behavior and one for the trash and laundry room. This is the text Joel sent me after seeing my review. Im blocking you again now. You know youre just a nasty lonely ugly person and it was not honest you are also a liar. You told what you wanted to tell.
