After 3 hours and several calls back to the service I was told they didn't have a vehicle that could tow me and I would have to spend the night in my car until 8 a.m. the next day before anything would be available. I started my service ticket at 9 p.m. They did process my payment immediately, instead of when the tow truck was dispatched, and when I cancelled the service they charged me a cancellation fee. I got another company from a little farther away to come get me and they showed up within 20 minutes and charged me over $100 less than the quote from A Plus.
