The Guest Service seems to go out their way to get the best deal they can find for you (looking for any discount, credit, or rebate they can). The only down-side I found was one that I don't think they can really help. The couple times I've gone, was right around noon. So half the mechanics were going to lunch, leaving the other half to pick up the slack while they were gone. So there was a bit of a slow down. So maybe this isn't really a complaint, but more a suggestion, that you should try to avoid the noon time if you have limited time.

I was expecting to pay $600-800 to replace all four with the same brand of tire. They actually did not have Firestone for that size in stock at the time; instead the staff recommended that I get their store brand and insisted it was just as good. That took the price down to $530 in total which worried me a little, but it comes with a 60K mile warranty. The actual replacement was done in about 20 minutes and they had me stay in the car the whole time. Very professional and efficient group. When you pull up by their front entrance an employee greets you and you park once they figure out why you are here. Once inside there is hand sanitizer available everywhere and stickers on the floor to encourage distance from others. Once you are at the counter they have kindly set a screen turned toward you, behind a large plexiglass shield, so you can follow along with the details of the service. After paying you wait in your car until the staff is ready and (as I mentioned before) stay in your vehicle the whole time. If you have anxiety about what precautions businesses are taking you don't have to worry about it here.

The true issue my dealership had missed was quickly found and remedied by Dallas along with him correcting the things my dealership neglected to do such as balancing my brand new tires.... I moved out and state and they same problem happened again. Contacted them to see if they would help because I paid 2,300 dollars for a "rebuilt" transmission. They refused to warranty it and wouldn't even pay for the cost of the failed parts after saying they would "help". I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. STEER CLEAR!
