I often see their news with grammatical errors, and with the "click-bait" on their website- "What restaurant is trying to kill you! Click here to find out..." A bit sensational on their part, but I guess that's par for the course for San Antonio news.

However, recently I signed up for notifications in the app on my phone and in my notifications bar, it'll mention a story you touch. That story, it takes you to Ken's 5, and it doesn't take you to the story that you clicked on so basically you open up the app, and there's just a bunch of kens, 5 can's 5 kins, 5 kins, 5 photos. And that's it, you have to go searching for the story if you want to find it also the other day. Ken's 5 would just go on and on and on and on and on about how it was cold outside, while there was some significant news happening on their app and I couldn't get the app to stream to my T. V, so I'm sitting there stuck with my TV on Ken's 5 talking about the weather over and over and over again, while on my phone, there was very significant national breaking news. That I really, really, really wanted to watch so I don't know what the synchronizing issue is. Or I mean, don't send me a notification about a story if I can't click on it and read it. And I'm not all that technologically great but when you click on something you'd hope it would take you to the thing you clicked on. Anyway. Despite the fact that their historic studio was torn down the new location is museumesque with artifacts, trophies and historic photos in the lobby. I'm glad to see them pay respect to their legacy as the first Spanish-language tv station in the country. The studio itself is large and bright with a nice set featuring downtown buildings for a background. Kudos to the interior designers for the earth tones and bright color pallet. This place is a nice upgrade and the station continues to support the local community by featuring local organizations in a positive light and promoting our hard work.

Long times with outages go unexplained or unmentioned at billing time. Fees only go up. They lock me into a contract, but get to change the prices at will. They don't mention that you could be just buying your own cable modem at a fraction of the price of what they charge to rent you one. Internet speeds remain slower than my peers', and for television we're getting charged crazy prices for what other people are getting thousands of stations. Ugh. This company used to be Time Warner before they got bought out. They're on my speed dial list, you have to call and check with their automated system to see if the internet is out at your address with some 'temporary outage' that goes largely unexplained.

This man's response was "hey I made $650.00 yesterday more than you." First of all you don't know who we are or how much money we make, is this sort of training that's done to be one of these salesmen? I normally don't get this upset, but you're not going to judge a young lady of color and how much money I make.
