I start frantically calling 24 hour hour plumbers in the Easton/St Michaels area (spoiler alert: most of the top search results were not in fact 24 hour plumbers and told us they couldn't help until 2 days later). He promptly returned it and came back with another and installed it The quality of his work was superior to the one he was presented with. He completed the installation around 6 pm on a Sunday.
