I would suggest purchasing feed to give to the animals at the front desk. You get a large bag for only 1€. The park is setup to mimic a natural environment and all animals are housed in large, clean and forest like settings. My favorite part was the goat exhibit where you can go into their area and pet/feed them (that's where that feed comes in handy) ;). They also have boars, moose, birds, wolves, and so much more. They have a snack bar on the premises or you can just bring your own lunch to enjoy. I highly recommend visiting and it is fun for all ages.

Located in a small town near by Frankfurt which makes it the perfect trip on the weekend. It is different from the typical zoos which look the wild animals in small cages, here they have space, you will see.
