Do not use this company to have your carpets cleaned. Despite the owner Richard telling us he was a…read morestandup guy and would take care of us, his company came out and actually ruined our carpet. The carpet was fine to begin with and just needed a refresh (we just purchased the home). It is now horribly stained and we are shopping for new carpet. He sent somebody out one time to try to fix it and it was beyond repair. Since then he has repeatedly ignored us and has refused to take responsibility or address the situation. Again, stay away from this company unless you want your carpet ruined. Worst money we ever spent.

I hired this company to soft wash my roof, unfortunately the experience was very disappointing…read more During the job the technician cracked several roof tiles, which I discovered shortly after job was done. These damages were not present before the cleaning as the technician did not inform me of any issues while on site. When I contacted the company about the problem, the response was not helpful and did not demonstrate responsibility for the damage caused. Roof cleaning should be done carefully and professionally, and that was not my experience. I can not recommend this company based on poor quality of work, lack of communication and accountability. I now have to repair the tiles at my own expense due to their negligence.
