My experience at this place was 2/5 stars....I was able to go in and get insurance simply and…read morehastily while receiving good service and good budget prices for a local insurance broker. BUT what you forget upon getting your insurance here is the small details that create big headaches. For example, this place(including in manteca) can never answer my calls in a timely matter on open hours(or at all), which is frustrating for easily communicating with your insurance in times of need(you only really call when you need something usually dire). In addition, my experience with filing a claim has even lead my claim agent confused on what broker i had, and how i can across to that insurance. To cancel my policy i had to call the parents company directly, because nobody would pickup my calls. All in all i hope that more people are comfortable going online for quotes and just in person, due to shortcoming from Brokers around. Thanks for your time, G

I already have an active health insurance plan with Anthem and I paid my initial premium directly…read moreto the insurance company. Despite this, this agency keeps contacting me by email and voicemail, claiming that "Blue Cross sent them a notice about an unprocessed payment" and asking me to "process the payment" through them. This is completely false. Anthem never sends my payment information to third-party agents, and no legitimate Covered California representative asks you to pay through a storefront or by replying to an email. Their messages were misleading, pressure-based, and sounded like an attempt to collect money that they are not entitled to. Even if this business is real, their tactics are extremely dishonest. No insurance agency should be contacting people with false claims about unpaid premiums in order to get them to pay through them. I already paid my insurer directly. There is no reason for them to contact me for money. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a scam.

Purchased insurance twice at this location, I am very unsatisfied with both experience. The first…read moretime I purchased insurance was with a female agent, I never receive my dental insurance card. The agent who sold me the second Dental Policy did not inform me of a six months waiting period, as a matter of fact he doesn't even know what benefits are included in the policy. He specifically told me that my policy is effective immediately the month after the purchase date. I needed my wisdom tooth removal and decided to visit the dentist. The office manager at precision family dentistry was being very irresponsible at her job and completely screwed me up, she suggest that i go back and speak to the people who sold me the policy because she doesn't know the details of my dental insurance policy and yet continue to billed me in full. I scheduled an appointment to speak to valley quote insurance regarding my dental insurance. The broker agent called my insurance company and put it on speaker, Alex was present he over heard the conversation on the phone, he clearly seems to know what was going on and gave us some insights of how the dentist works he said that it's their responsibility to know the patients dental insurance coverages when running the background check. I noted what the insurance rep said over the phone and noted the tips from Alex. I brought it up to Alex attention that his staff did not inform me of a 6 months waiting period, everyone in the office just stare at me and said nothing. Me and my husband return to the dentist to speak to the office manager and the doctor. I'm assuming when Alex called the dental manager they exchange words that wasn't even true and completely threw us under the bus. I'm very disappointed in two companies that colluded on a truthful patient/client. Very unethical to desperately have your Facebook friends rate you 5 stars on Facebook back to back when nobody rated you until I did. Very unprofessional and extremely embarrassing to the entire community of Merced County. Btw You didn't have to delete my Google review I'm sorry if it was that much of a threat I was only stating the truth.

Having Rachel help my husband and I find the best supplemental insurance plan and prescription…read morecoverage has been a godsend! We have both been on Medicare for several years and paid for supplemental health insurance and a part D drug plan to help with the cost of our prescriptions. When the open enrollment period rolls around in October every year, I'm always very overwhelmed by all the different solicitations that flood our mailbox and email inboxes! Trying to decipher all our options and compare premium costs and copays etc., is daunting to say the least! Most years that has caused me to give up and just keep the plans we have, never knowing if we're actually in the plan that's best for us. When Rachel told us she could help us, I was so relieved. She called and asked us for some information about our health care and prescription needs. The day we met with her in person, she had done all the research and comparisons for us, which made choosing a plan, so easy and hassle free! She was so pleasant and personable and answered all of our questions and concerns. With her help and guidance, we now are confident that we have the plans that give us the best coverage for the best price! It cost us nothing for her services AND.. we're saving money! I highly recommend calling Rachel to help you do the same!
