She had always reached out if there was a problem. I had home and auto discount (to me a bundle). We have had mail problems so I relied on my agent over the years if there was a problem. That's why I was loyal. Turns out they auto renewed my auto but not my home. Makes no sense. Did the card on file expire... was it an old card on file that was replaced from being lost on vacation. Really doesn't matter now as we were canceled and can't get it back as we are "new" customers after being with them for many years. Beyond disappointed.
