My mother called Adam to ask why and he did not even give a reason and hung up on her. For many years since his office has been trying to get back our family's business but we have been treated much better by another carrier for 10 years. It's a shame because the people that work in his office are nice people. The fact that Adam could not even show the slightest bit of decency, or regard for a long time customer and older person is just sad. Use another carrier, you'll save yourself many headaches.

When I contacted State Farm under my Home Owner Policy my claim was rejected outright because the damage was due to 'water drip'. I was told that if it was a 'water stream' I would have been covered. Stay away from State Farm !!! I read their home owner policy and the number of exclusion are overwhelming. Things that you would expect them to cover are excluded... so why do I buy insurance ??
