' now it is my turn to write to dr. lombardy and find a solution for my harassment by this uncivil woman. . aetna sent me medicare papers to recruit me after dumping me in 2021. i had no insurance for the entire month of january. aetna is not just a bogus insurer, they are fraud. the uncivil i will take that filthy woman for a ride if she thinks she will get away. she has a long msg with no real info. then i left msg. for her and never heard. because she is playing hookie with me. she should be fired. . today i received the 2 bill in 2 weeks of $1,200. if dr. lombardy does not get a chance to read this i am sending this email via regular mail. i never wanted to see this patel fellow . being an indian and being very knowledgeable in many areas of life, i don't believe in degrees or diplomas acquired by patels. goodbye charlie. i know french, english, spanish, russian. what do you know, patel? since i did not have the luck to be treated by you, i assumed you are very good.

I whole-heartedly recommend NJ Spine & Wellness in East Brunswick!…read moreThe first appointment, I hobbled in with a cane, barely able to walk upright. After talking with the doctor, they took X-rays and sent me back for physical therapy (Amy) and chiropractics (Nick). They both spent a good deal of time with me. I woke up that night for the bathroom and was amazed that I was able to hop out of bed with no problems and was able to stand tall. It only took one visit for them to re-align my spine and had me feeling better. I continued for my follow-up visits to make sure everything was well and now I can continue life pain-free! Thank you NJ Spine & Wellness! ~ Joseph Canger

They took X-rays, told me I had a fracture, and sent me for an MRI at University Radiology after endless confusion and back-and-forth over scheduling mistakes. What I later discovered -- only after seeing a highly respected wrist surgeon for a second opinion because I was still in severe pain -- was unbelievable. The MRI disc they gave me was blank. Blank. Thankfully there was at least a written report. The specialist then informed me I never had a fracture in the first place and that Alliance had put the wrong cast on my arm. According to him, the cast actually caused further damage to my wrist and forearm. He also told me that if I had followed Alliance's recommendation and continued into their physical therapy program, I could have ended up with permanent damage or even been crippled. What frustrates me most is that this feels less like patient care and more like an assembly line operation: diagnosis, cast, physical therapy, repeat. A factory. They even contacted me after my first review and asked me to remove it, and because I try to be fair, I did. That was a mistake. At my recent six-week follow-up, my surgeon again confirmed the cast had significantly worsened my condition. I am right-handed and have now lost the normal use of my right hand, wrist, and forearm since the end of January. Cortisone shots have failed, and now surgery is potentially next. People rely on reviews to make important medical decisions. My friends asked why I removed my original review because they use Yelp and Google reviews to decide where to seek treatment. They were right. Patients deserve to know about experiences like this before trusting someone with their health.I sincerely hope no one else goes through what I did.

I broke my elbow and called around to find a doctor that took my insurance. I called Mid Atlantic Orthopedic Associates and provided my insurance information. They said they accept my insurance and I made an appointment for later in the week. When I arrived at my appointment I asked if I would owe more then my copay and I was told "it should be ok." When I asked what "should be ok" meant they said "don't worry about it" and rushed me a bit into the exam room. I was in so much pain with my elbow that I just did whatever they said. I feel that they exploited my pain and took advantage of me in my condition. The dr looked at my X-rays that I had done at the medimerge and told me to stop wearing the sling and that I was basically being a baby even though he said my elbow was in fact broken. I was then told to come back in a few weeks for a follow up visit and given a script for physical therapy. I went back for the follow up visit only to be barely seen at all and told to continue physical therapy. Months and months later I receive a surprise medical bill for $1,300!!!!!!!! Because they think it's ok to charge $2,790 for an office visit to look at my X-rays that I received elsewhere!!!!! I have insurance and verified with them ahead of time that they took my insurance!!!! They said insurance isn't covering all of it and that's what they charge!!! I am beyond livid at all of this because I would have shopped around for a reasonably priced doctors office that wouldn't send a huge surprise bill months later!! Do not go to this doctor office and do not trust what they say!! I feel that what they charge and the way they went about charging it is nothing short of criminal!!!! First of all what kind of dr office charges almost $3,000 to look at X-rays?!?!?!!!! And what kind of doctor office gives you a surprise medical bill months later after you provided your insurance information before you even went for the appointment?!?!!!? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!!

He has an air of confidence about him that lets you fully trust him. Because of scheduling I had to switch again. Around 2014 or 15, I met Dr Mir. There are no words to describe this doctor; to give you an idea, here are just a few that I've experienced in the 10+years she's been my doctor. She is, first and foremost, an amazing listener. My interactions with the front desk was always helpful and informative. They also handled the covid situation well. They chose the physician who they felt would suit my injury best and placed me with Dr. Michael Grenis. Because of the nature of the injury, I was squeezed in for an appointment pretty quickly. With my first visit, Dr. Grenis seemed short with me and didn't explain anything to me. I chalked it up to being squeezed into his assuming busy schedule. I was examined and x-rayed and outfitted with a new splint. The physician assistant was warm and attentive. My second appointment was not as pleasant. Aside from the fracture in my wrist, I had a lot of pain in my arm that was noticeably bruised and swollen. It kept me up at night and hurt much more than my wrist. He didn't mention anything about it at the initial appointment aside from that it wasn't broken. So when I returned, I asked him to check it again because it was causing so much pain. Dr. Grenis' barked at me 'what do you want surgery??' 'It's a hematoma'. I seek a professionals advice because I'm not a doctor. I never understood what a hematoma was, nor had he mentioned that that's what it was. Nothing was explained to me what it was, about treatment for it, or what I could do for the pain. When he returned to the room I think he realized that he crossed a line and tried to amend his error. Too late. His behavior was intimidating and undermining. I was offered a review in email but didn't want to make it worse for myself.

She took an x-ray of my knee and then then told me it was not my knee and she wanted to schedule epidural in my back but told me she's gonna be on vacation for the next week I was in excruciating pain. It was very hard for me to walk. I was not offered a crutch or some sort of brace or anything. I knew it was my knee and not my back. I went somewhere else and got an MRI of my knee and had two meniscus tears in my knee. all they had to do was listen to me and order an MRI of my it would've saved me a lot of pain and I could've fallen. I am a senior citizen. please be very, very, very careful about where you go to for care something doesn't feel right listen to your own instincts and not people who are telling you something that makes absolutely no sense. I would absolutely not recommend this facility at all.
