He answered the phone when I called originally and gave me an estimated quote based on my reported condition of my car. My dog used to ride in the car, so there was a fair amount of pet hair between and under the seats. Israel and his workers got my car spotlessly clean inside and out in just a few hours on a Saturday. He also applied an exterior protectant, and buffed out my headlights and a few minor scuffs. He texted when my car was ready, and when I picked it up he shared several very helpful car care tips. The pricing was very competitive, given the high quality of work. I'll definitely use them again, and highly recommend this excellent biz!

In fact, I consider him to be more of a craftsman and an artist. He spent the day detailing my very dirty car, and when I picked it up, I thought it looked and smelled brand new. There is only two lines for everyone at the car wash so it keeps it fair in the first come first serving order. I always get the wheels and wax exterior package which also gets the underside of the car. I'll also get the express interior cleaning sometimes, and that is always pretty quick (under 10 minutes) once they start your car. Super salty cars beware: you might lose your bumper magnet if the salt gets underneath it!

Nothing looks to have been polished. There were a few areas I noticed that had not been wiped down. He used my water source (hose) and outlet in my garage for power. If you live in an apartment, he cannot perform is job. He dumped his vacuum out on the walkway, left all of my belongings on my driveway (a few pens and business cards that had fallen), mind you, there was a trash can in my garage that was easily accessible to him. and charged 150% of the originally quoted price for all of this. Given, my car was simply dusty before this with some dog fur. No dirt, no mud, just a simple detail. I could have gotten the same service at Crew Carwash, just a cleaning, for 1/4th the price. I cannot say enough about Rod and the whole crew. we took our 2026 model Y to have Darrings detail apply PPF to it although they were extremely busy he actually took us in on a Sunday when they were closed treated us like royalty and identified a dent that we completely missed when we took delivery. We notified Tesla and believe it or not, they showed the dent in their pre-delivery photos that they took of the car so after much running around and talking to people, Tesla finally is taken care of it.
