After payment, he armed with two separate attorney teams, one to fight my DMV case and another to fight my criminal charges. All for a reasonable set fee. While my criminal case is still ongoing as of this writing, let me tell you about the wonderful team (Rebecca, Jessica) responsible for my DMV case: First off, my DMV case was completely dismissed. I got my license reinstated, and didn't have to pay the fines/tickets/etc. Off completely clean! While results speak for themselves, let me tell you a story to give you some perspective as to how much this team was on my side through this entire experience... So since you get a 10-day grace period of driving after a suspension, I drove to get food literally the day after I got out of jail. I kid you not, I was pulled over! I was going 36 on a 40, but the school lights were on so I was supposed to be going 15mph (I was visiting from NYC where I never drive so some laws are unfamiliar to me). The officer sees I've been through quite a harrowing couple days, so he gives me a break and I get the "driving without a license" ticket that can be dismissed for $10 by showing your license at the DMV. Of course, I'm fresh off a license suspension so the physical license had been relinquished to the state. Officer says I can show my citations and it should suffice. I go to the DMV and they decline to process since they've never encountered anything like this, even after I escalated my claim to management. I decide to call my DMV attorney team, whom promptly made the appropriate calls. Even they were given the runaround. They didn't stop. It took days of them calling and talking to the appropriate parties, until finally the ticket was scrubbed. Mind you, this wasn't one of the tickets I hired them to take care of. They were so annoyed that the system made me go through all of that, that the team decided to take care of that ticket pro bono. Such a gesture is a testament of how much they really were on my side, and their concern for my legal wellbeing. God forbid I fall into anymore legal issues. But if I do, I now know who to call.

As the respondent, I spent significant time, money, and emotional energy defending myself against allegations that were ultimately not proven in court. I was particularly troubled by the fact that the case appeared to be based on speech that I believed was protected by the First Amendment. In my opinion, attorneys should thoroughly investigate allegations before seeking serious legal remedies that can affect a person's reputation and livelihood. Based on my experience, I did not feel that happened here. I encourage anyone considering this firm to review the public court records and form their own conclusions.
