I requested service quote for a routine service in…read moreLacey, WA and was quoted $75 and I admit it was my fault I misread the email that said they would charge an additional $75 plus postage if I wanted them to mail a copy of the service documents to the defendant being served. $75 to mail a copy via regular mail is wild when postage only cost them $2.44. So, lesson learned, read the emails carefully, pay attention to how much they are charging. Most servers include the mailing on their service fees. I will most definitely not use their services again, just for the simple fact that I basically paid double their fees. My documents were served on a timely manner but price wise they did go overboard at the end. I will not be using this company for any future services that is for sure.

There were 4 adults and 2 dogs in the house, and no one heard anyone at the door. She claimed she personally served my son. Then when I called to let AA Process Servers know she lied, they covered for her. I filed declarations from all of us, then KC Price filed a declaration, filed under penalty of perjury stating I answered the door, my son came to the door, she served him then I cussed her out and told her to never come to my house again, she also took a photo off Facebook of myself, circled it and wrote liar under it. They are not an honest business and will lie to cover up their incompetence.

I called AA Process Servers and on the other end answered a very delightful and cheerful Process Server name Yvonne. I explained to Yvonne about how I needed divorce papers served to my husband and also about how I was in the middle of filling out the divorce papers as we were talking but I was lost and confused about what I was even doing because there was alot of paperwork and I didn't know where to began. Yvonne went over and beyond the scope of her job and in the middle of her already busy day took the time out to explain to me which form to began with to all the way to which form to end with and which form to just simply set aside. I filed my divorce papers the next day , I had to call her again because it turned out that I didn't need the process server because my husband joined the case but It was necessary for me to let her know of my appreciation and how thankful I was to her for helping a lost and alone woman in her time of need. I highly recommend AA Process Servers to anyone in need of one they treat you like family with tender care and love. Thank you once again Mrs Yvonne from the bottom of my heart.

Each time, she got the job done quickly, professionally, and without any hassle for us. Her communication is clear and straightforward, which makes the entire process smooth. I read the one negative review she has, and I will say that Lynda is definitely very direct, and she is also very busy because she's good at what she does. Her efficient and no-nonsense style allows litigants to stay focused on their cases and gives peace of mind. If you expect someone who will hold your hand through the process, that might not be her style--but if you want someone who is efficient, reliable, and gets results, she's the right person for the job. I'll continue using her for all my process serving needs and highly recommend her to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

I can see why this person is in business for themselves, as any employer would fire them. I can scarcely believe how rude and useless this person is. Now we have found a professional through another company. The only good thing to say about this is that my friend will not be recommending her anymore, and at least I did not lose any money.
