There were repeated delays in attempting service, and communication was inconsistent throughout. At one point, the server shared personal issues that were affecting her ability to complete the job, which should NOT impact a client's case. I have documentation where she told me she would send service via social media, however, when I confirmed if it was done, as stated, it was not. I was told that multiple service attempts had been made; however, when I asked a simple question about whether the residence had a Ring camera, which would confirm those attempts), there was hesitation and an incorrect response. I knew they had a ring doorbell; and, 3 Police Officers who were attempting service also confirmed they had a ring doorbell camera. This raised serious concerns and validated my suspicions whether service attempts were actually being made; they weren't. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency when her contact information changed (her number charged) and I was not informed. Required service updates were also not filed with the court in a timely manner. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary ADDITIONAL stress and delays in a time-sensitive legal matter. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring. I have a lot of documentation and instead of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau, I'm starting with a review through Yelp. Given the lack of timely service, communication issues, and overall experience, I believe a refund is warranted.

Vanessa arrived at the appointed time, only to discover the neighbor wasn't home. She then waited at the entrance of our gated community to try and see her coming or going. When she saw the neighbor exiting the neighborhood, Vanessa followed her and was able to serve her with the papers. She returned the Proof of Service form to us soon after, so we could submit it to the court. Vanessa was very patient and persistent at getting the job done. Beverly did not once reply to an email, her assistants, Ann and Kiss'Shonna seemed to play hot potato with my case, had little knowledge concerning a divorce that involved children and a business, they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or peace of mind. My experience with this firm has left me feeling taken advantage of, ashamed as a father, and failed husband, and now due to the poor level of representation I chose, will end up seeing my son even less and paying off debt for years to come. The billing department does not reply to emails either. Dont bother trying to call anyone once you are a client, as that is near impossible to get ahold of someone without 10 minutes of hold music, and then a message saying to leave your name and someone will get back to you, if not call back in 10 minutes, over and over. Be careful you who trust in helping you with your case, do several consults with different firms/lawyers before you make a choice.
