The detailing service I received was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the video clearly shows the technician washing my Tesla with a bucket of water that had little to no suds something that should never happen in a professional detail. The entire job looked rushed and careless, with none of the attention to detail I expected. The quality was far below what I experienced the first time, and the difference was drastic. To make things worse, I called yesterday and was told the issue would be made right. Yet today, I was essentially told I'm lying and they are not honoring their word. That level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
