Tressy is very accommodating and goes well beyond what you would expect from most services of this kind. She's always been flexible with our schedule, and if we've needed an extra cleaning here and there she's always found a way to work us in. She always follows up with us, and any concerns I've ever had (and let me say there have been very few if any) were always addressed and never have I had the same twice. I can't imagine life with On The Ball Cleaning... I've recommend them to many friends, all of whom have been as equally as thrilled as I am, if not more so... Give them a call... Let them change your life as well...

When I recently let the owner know we needed to pause services due to school starting and budget changes, his response shocked me. He became defensive, mentioned a long waiting list (which I understood), but then insulted our home, saying it was "tore up from the floor up." It felt unnecessarily harsh and personal -- especially coming from someone hired to help, not judge. This wasn't the first time he'd spoken in a sharp tone, but this time crossed a line. I'm sharing this so others -- especially busy parents -- know to choose a service that treats you with kindness and respect. Supporting small businesses is important, but so is basic decency
