I always felt drained after a session and couldn't wait to leave. Management needs to train them on basic client relations - Don't talk shit about the clients fiancé to their face. Don't stalk an ex client around the salon. Don't keep smacking their forehead as a joke when they're obviously not comfortable. Don't let your hot mess assistant do whatever they want. Don't talk about all your childhood traumas after knowing them for 20 minutes - This feels basic.
