Most years, they've contacted us to set up consultations to file taxes in time, but not this year. When we realized we hadn't heard from them, we called and sent emails; no response. I hope they're okay, but it's frustrating to get no response at all and to be left hanging. I guess we need a new tax preparer. Any recommendations?

No return calls after I called thrice. July 2020: I walked in to their office to request that the documents he had of my tax paperwork be returned to me. The office staff searched was unable to find the documents (and Mark was not in the office). They agreed to mail the documents to me. August 2020: No documents received. No further phone calls. Summary: I wonder how this company expects to bring in business with total lack of customer service.
