First... they sold me every fluid change under the sun. Insisted that we need to change brake fluid due to doing rear brakes. Tried to sell me filter changes but I said no - but they did it anyway. BUT... They were expensive to being with - low/mid $400 for rear brakes. I think the dealership charges less. The worst part is that the actual bill prices were higher than what they quoted to me for everything. Brakes went up to $497 + tax. Resulted in a bill that was about 20% higher than expected. After I posted this review - they called me and offered me a refund as they realized they had overcharged me.

Additional work done included spark plug change and oil change. JA Autowerks is about 100 miles from me. But after speaking with the crew there I knew it was the right place for my 2016 Audi RS7. From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing.
