There were three different groups that came, one for AC install who used the restroom and left a mess in the toilet. The second group were the ones who came to do vent cleaning and sealing. These people stepped on the beds with their dirty shoes, and when they washed up in three different sinks left them a dirty mess. In addition my husband was told that there would be some white fluffy stuff from the vents that will come out. Well buyer beware! My entire house was covered with soot from the vents. And they left them all closed after the finished! So much for efficiency....I do not recommend this service unless you want to have a huge mess to clean up. They don't cover your furniture and they certainly don't clean the mess they make. The third person was the drywall guy who was the only person who didn't leave a big mess. This company needs to remind employees to respect people's homes and to either be more honest with customers about what to expect or come up with solutions to minimize the mess.
