I drive by my this place all the time and it always catches my eye.. I'm glad I finally stopped in today ! The girl working was so kind and friendly, she greeted us right away.. we were the only customers.. which seemed odd since it's a Saturday afternoon -- (however a few more customers did come in during our visit) Place was clean- restrooms clean too! They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings so even if you are picky I'm sure you'll find something you like here ! Came here tonight wanting a semi healthy snack. I mixed original tart with vanilla, added fresh fruit, coconut shavings and "kiwi bursts". Everything tasted fresh and delish. They have tons of other toppings for all of you sweets lovers. The girls working greeted us on the way in and on the way out. Everything was very clean. Frozen yogurt is good! But for me I don't like frozen yogurt that tastes like yogurt. Kiwi Burst has froyo that tastes just like ice cream! Which is why I Love going here Every so often. I actually preferred it over the FroyoWorld (now CLOSED.) which was a walking distance away from Kiwi Burst. Didn't like their flavors as it has the yogurt problem. When I go, I prefer the mix of cookies and cream and the birthday cake flavors. Then I load it up with toppings! All the good stuff of course! Oreos, M&M's, cookie dough bits, brownie bits, sprinkles, etc. who has time for a healthy frozen yogurt anyways! It's a treat! Not a diet plan! It's a small space but it's relatively quiet and I like that! Don't do crowded places whatsoever! Great place! I'd definitely recommend them if you're someone who likes frozen yogurt that tastes how it's supposed to, like ice cream and not a yogurt after the flavoring is added! :). read more

One of the few frozen yogurt places in northern RI its definitely welcomed. Now i don't have to drive 20 mins just to get my froyo fix. I've been to the other location they have in Smithfield and i would have to say i like this one better. Not only because it is closer but its a lot bigger. i feel like its brighter as well and the layout is really nice. They have a good section of flavors, but they change them out every so often which is nice give you a chance to try different flavors. but you may be disappointed when your favorite flavor isn't there anymore. they have plenty of toppings to choose from. One thing i noticed was the attention to detail the worker had. Everything was very clean and neat. A little rush came in after us and the place was moving, once they all finished the worker got right to cleaning any yogurt the dropped on the machine and even place all the scoops facing the same direction, while looking through the toppings and picking out bad seeds. read more

Totally underwhelmed by Kiwi Burst I have to say, especially when there are places like Pinkberry and Orange Leaf as other viable options. The flavor selection was small relative to Orange Leaf, but offers the same "make your own" business model. The thing that stood out most was the fact there did not appear to be any available beverages for sale. I don't know about you but a bottle of water sure goes nicely with froyo, but alas, none was offered. The yogurt itself was fine, but at the end of the day it's just not worth the trip if you have one of the other yogurt places nearby. read more

Wednesday night around 7:45 we decided to stop here for a cup of deliciousness after going for a drive looking at Christmas lights and we would have been happier if we just walked into the grinch himself. We walk in and weren't even sure if we should even be there. Nobody to be seen and complete silence. We proceed on creating our concoctions and using machines that were not appropriately functioning as they were seeping "roasted marshmallow" milk instead of frozen yogurt. Finally little miss sunshine walks out from the back and did not crack a single smile. Only words she said was when she told us the amount. She stared at us as we picked our toppings making us feel uncomfortable and honestly didn't even get all of what we wanted in our cups. After we pay the usual overpriced BS amount for a half cup of ice cream , we practically get followed out the door with a broom stick in hand.. like really? We sit in the car and both immediately agree that she was extremely rude without even mentioning anything to each other while in the store. read more

Went there once with my 3 children, spent $25 on froyo. The Lincoln location smells like a mix of Sani Wipes and sewage. My daughter went to the desk to request a cup of water. They handed her a yogurt cup and sent her to the bathroom. I was horrified and assumed it was because she was a child. Sadly, I went back today and again spent $20 on ice cream. Decided to see whether they would give me a cup of water. The girl refused and said I could buy a bottle of water. Again, the place smells like a dirty diaper. What kind of place charges an obscene amount for frozen yogurt and then won't provide a paying customer with a cup of water?? I've never heard of such disregard for customers. I'll take my business to Lincoln Creamery or Pinkberry. read more

As a student at Bryant University, I was attracted to this frozen yogurt place because of the close proximity. I went with four friends and two of us had a terrible experience. We started to taste bitterness in every bite. Our yogurt tasted like it was infused with beer. As 18-year olds, it is illegal for us to consume alcohol. I am not going to lie, I feel a bit buzzed. I could ensue litigation against this company but by the kindness of my heart I will choose not to. This alcohol issue could be due to the fact it is located right next to a liquor store. I would never go back to this place as I do not enjoy the taste of beer. All I wanted was sweet and savory creamy ice. I am thoroughly disappointed with Kiwi Burst and I will never return. read more

Employees take great care of the place, wiping things. Tasty flavors, fresh looking fruit, tasty toppings, great outdoor tables, great location. I can't hold back the 5th star for this place because I really can't say it needs anything more. I've seen more toppings at a place, but they weren't lacking any of the essentials here. read more
