He has a very nice clean and quiet suite in a business building, and on request will play music of your choosing during the session (as long as it's not overtly vulgar or metal, lol). I'm a trans woman and he specializes in trans hair removal (and the office assistant is also a trans woman) so he is very gender affirming, respects names and pronouns and clearly CARES and even has a lot of knowledge to share about trans medicine options in Southern California that he has gleaned from his many trans patients. If you have a hard time getting a hold of them, just be patient and keep trying. He is the sole electrologist and has only 1 part time assistant. The quality of care is worth a bit of a wait and a few phone calls. He works with insurance but just know that Molina is slow to approve and you may have to call them to get approval thru even a while after your doc give you the referral, and you may have to get the approval number to pass along, as Molina can be obstinate about paying and communicating with small businesses!
