The tellers have been helpful and patient with my family member's transactions. I've had several opportunities to see her interact with the family member I've accompanied here. The appointments have been prompt, patient, courteous, professional, and thorough. Later that day she called said I needed to bring in two forms of ID and proof of residency. Because it's Friday I spent all of Saturday and Sunday on the phone with a 1888 number kept either transferring me and hanging up on me. For ten hours! Then when I get off work early to drop off paperwork. Then I spent thirty mins dealing with a banker when the other banker I have talked to is watching. He goes talks to her after getting on the phone with them to wait another hour and he said I had to wait to verify I need the two forms of ID. Like what the fuck. Don't use Chase !

Well, apparently that was a lie because they keep calling me telling me I haven't made my payments. I've tried to make the second payment out of my BECU checking account to my BECU loan, but it will not let me and it will only let payment to the first loan and says, I'll have to mail a paper check for the second loan to BECU.
