So when it was just 2 days away from the appointment, I still had not received any response. I called and was told by reception that they would let the attorney know I called. ON THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT, I received an email that my appointment was declined. This is an unacceptable way to do business. My issue was becoming urgent and I didn't expect this kind of treatment.
