It is now 2022 and I reached out to PCK for repairs to an ongoing lifting laminate floor. Dan, the new project manager (apparently the company has switched hands) got back to me in a timely fashion and sent a crew out to repair what they could on job done over 3 years ago! Kudos to this company for standing behind their work!! You do not find that often. If you are considering a kitchen project, I would highly recommend!! We love our kitchen, minus the hiccup with the floor.

We had purchased 6 wood shelves a couple of years ago as part of a kitchen project and there were…read moreissues with E. Braun Farm Tables then. Last year, we needed a couple more shelves to match, so we decided (against our better judgement) to order them from E. Braun Farm Tables in spite of our previous experience. We ordered two 2x12x48" shevles and 4 iron J-brackets on August 24, 2024. The products were extremely over-priced at $500+, but we decided to go ahead to ensure they matched the ones we bought several years ago. At the time of the purchase, I was told the turn around time was about 10 weeks. I asked "10 weeks for something that should take a week at most to deliver!?" I was told it could be shorter, but they didn't want to disappoint in case it took that long. It is now 22 weeks later and the order has still not been completely delivered. I called a number of times after 10 weeks and was told once "after Thanksgiving." Most of my calls went unanswered and my messages were not returned. The shelves were finally delivered to my house on December 23, 2024 (17 weeks). They also tried to pass off lower quality brackets which did not fit, rather than the J-brackets I ordered which are on display. I returned the next day on Christmas Eve and was told that they didn't have my brackets and they would get them to me after after Christmas. No apology was given for trying to pass of the inferior product. During the first week of January 2025, I was called and told that the brackets were in. I went to the store on January 16, 2025 at 9:00 AM and nobody was there. I waited until 10:30, and still no-one showed up. While waiting, I called the store phone number a couple of times to see if anyone was coming in. No one ever showed up and I left. Since then I've called E. Braun Farm Tables several times and left messages asking when they would be open so I could pick up the brackets. The store is about 30 miles from my home. I have not received a call-back since. Their answering machine says they open at 9:00 AM Tuesday thru Friday and 10:00 AM on Saturday. Their website says they open at 9:30 AM Tuesday thru Friday and 10:00 AM on Saturday. I will show up again today after 10:00 AM to see if I can pick up my brackets. Wish me luck. I will not give them my business in the future.

Found this company via my dad's friend recommendation, whom also had a 10x14 shed made for himself…read more Super impressed with the workmanship and speed in how this company built this shed on site at my backyard. Discuss plans with Cameron at the sales division of backyardandbeyond. He was very professional and replied to my questions and provided me materials and price quotes in a timely manner. After choosing the style of shed, Cameron went through the pricing and options with me, creating a full contract. Then gave me over to Biz whom in charge of scheduling to install the sheds. Biz refer me to Aaron whom was in charge of the on site building. Since the preassembly before delivery shed would not fit into my backyard door, We had to have the shed be delivered in sections and then built on site. Assembly and labor was about $800 and the cost of our 8x10 shed was about $3000. Not bad price for the quality and design. Very impressed with how fast Aaron King and his team put together the shed. They had sections already assembled and onsite placed them together, then Placed all the outer decorative components on it. They came really early around 6:30am from PA to NYC and then finish in under 4hrs. Was very impressed as I observed them erect the structure. Very good work. A little back story on this company. They are a Amish family run company that had been in existence for decades. I for one am extremely impress with all the products they build and sell. The other thing that I was impressed with was their self made one wheel trolley that they used to move all the pieces of the shed into my backyard. A great invention for sure. LOL... I highly recommend this company. I Will be sure to use this company again when it's time to build my future house backyard. Only one problem that I did not noticed until a lot later after Aaron and his team left. The bottom part of the door frame was missing and the khaki siding did not go all the way to the bottom like it should so the bottom section looks a little ugly and unfinished looking. Had I noticed earlier I would had pointed it out to Aaron. I guess it's probably an oversight on their part.

I just read a really poor review of Jemson Cabinetry by an unhappy patron. I guess I could…read moresympathize with this customer but it sounds somewhat exaggerated. Jemson did a whole house project for us just a few years ago (complete kitchen, three baths, walk-in pantry, and laundry room). The whole process was seamless and done to our satisfaction the end result beautiful. The owner and staff were very attentive to our needs and we would highly recommend them and certainly use them again in the future.
