Despite me giving him many opportunities to show any integrity or customer service, he has failed to do so. It seems he prefers terrible public reviews to responding to emails.

Check-In was super easy and painless, rental company brought my temporary ride to me at Carstar Kieswetter, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Thursday, got the call that my car would be ready early in the afternoon. Again, super simple and easy pickup. Parked the rental, took a look at my car with the service manager, signed the paperwork, gave him the rental keys, got my key, and off I went. Super professional, super friendly, super easy process, all around. Will definitely be taking my cars there for body work in the future.
