I understand that it took too long for the package to show up, but the seller didn't package caviar properly - no special container, ice pack etc. causing juice from caviar to contaminate other products. My subtotal (before shipping/tax) for the order was approximately $110 USD. Not all the products from my order were shipped. The items that were not shipped add up to $44.62 - these items are still showing not delivered on my Shop app. The commercial invoice CN23 that was taped to the package displayed the value of goods as 99 CAD, which is approximately $70.00 USD. When I asked the seller about the difference between 110 and 70 dollars (which adds up to the total of unshipped items), they instructed me to look at 'their' 'recalculated' invoice (that was in the box) and not at a custom invoice (commercial invoice CN23). I asked for a copy of 'their' invoice and they were unable to reproduce it stating that 'Tasty Deli invoice was inside of the box, there was detailed description of each item'. They said 'recalculated' invoice was one of a kind, that they don't have a copy of the invoice that was in the box. The seller didn't refund anything to me. I salvaged 3 glass jars and 2 metal cans from the order and spent over $160 USD on this order. I don't recommend this store for their business practices, not packaging items correctly, not taking responsibility for packaging when sending products from Canada to USA, and loss of money that I experienced.

While I was in Kitchener I spotted a sign that read "Victoria Street Market" and something about…read moresausages... the building looked inviting. So I made a left and headed into the parking lot. Upon entering this little gem I observed a very clean and very well organized little shop. To begin the tour heading to the right hand side of the shop (which is about 5,000 sq feet I believe.) there was an area just dedicated to seafood with all kinds of fresh fish, shrimp, lobster, squid, salmon... you get the picture. The area had all kinds of seafood sauces and spices ... But HUH? I read something about sausages... so where are they? Ah as I got a little further into the store I saw an entire area with, beef, pork and chicken. As I looked over to the chilled glass display case, there were the sausages October fest, Hot Italian, Honey garlic, mild Italian, etc... On the left side of the shop I found a full deli counter filled with all kinds of cheeses and cold cuts. You may also order a sandwich of your choice and take it to go or eat it there. Each area has staff to assist you and all the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. The store is loaded with all sorts of exotic sauces, spices, European cookies and breads. As for me I ordered a mixture of cold cuts, October fest sausages, some steaks and some chicken. The prices were great and I loved that the store was VERY clean. Will I be back again? OH YEAH!!!!..
