The casino, restrooms, and beverage area were CLEAN! There were also a few slot machines that you can't find at the other big casinos. And while smoking is allowed, it was not overwhelming like at other casinos. We only had a short amount of time to spend at the West Bay Casino, but one day we will book a room or maybe one of the cabins which looked really nice and spend a weekend here. The pool and outdoor patio area looked very nice as well and the view of Lake Texoma is great. Don't pass up this little hidden gem!

So many games, slots and table games. There is a movie theater , concert venue, bowling alley, arcade, several restaurants and bars and a food court. We didn't make it to the pool but got wristbands in case we had time. Only there for 1 night. Casino: slots were tight but I played for most of the night on various blackjack and roulette games. My winnings were steady. There are plenty of machines. The only negative is while you are playing, bar service is pretty much nonexistent. I saw waitresses walking around the tables but not once at the machines and we were all over. Get your own drinks at a bar or cart before sitting or prepare to get up to get them. Food: we ate at Smashburger for lunch. I really enjoyed my burger and fries. They were smash fries with a nice sauce on them and truffle oil. The burger was flavorful. I got a caramel Cinnabon. Another great treat. For dinner we went to the seafood buffet. It was 55.00 each and we were excited. Every.single.thing was overcooked. Fried fish, shrimp, chicken and snow crabs, all overcooked so hard I couldn't finish one bite of any of them. That bad. The etouffee was good but the rice was crispy. I immediately called for the manager. She apologized profusely and offered a full refund. Yeah we couldn't eat there. Great service and I hope they took the feedback and made changes. Finally, I ate velvet taco and hubby had chicken strips from the hot chicken place , good late night eats on both fronts. Checkout time on Sunday arrived too fast but we got packed up to hit the road and got our free soft drinks to go. Got the valet validated and on our way. Excellent stay and we will go back. The chair in the Pool Tower room was extremely uncomfortable, while the Casino Tower room had a much more comfortable chair with an ottoman. Also, not always the cleanest. The valet is another downside. The wait to get your car can be pretty long, which gets frustrating when you're ready to leave. Most of the restaurants are fine, but honestly, nothing really stood out enough to make me want to go back just for the food. To my delight, the rates for the room are still the same as they were in 2019 -- $99. Total. No taxes. No Resort Fees. Ninety-nine bucks. The room is super clean and well appointed, but if you're looking for square footage, this ain't it. If you've ever traveled through Japan or Europe, you'll be plenty comfortable. If you're a "looks for reasons to complain" type tourist, this room will be far, far too small for your liking, and you'll spend your stay on the phone to the front desk demanding a structural remodel so you can engage in whatever lascivious activity it is that needs all that real estate. The IHOP express is serviceable and reasonably priced. For a one-night stay, it's tolerable. If I were staying any longer than that, I would get mighty tired of its offerings mighty quickly. The casino has a lovely little bar in it with reasonably priced drinks ($4 beers ~$7 shots). It seems to have a lot of locals who use it as their main sports viewing location. Gets pretty smoky in there, so if you're sensitive to that, this ain't your place. The casino is strictly class II bingo slot machines and a couple table games. Given the choice, I only play video poker, of which there is none in this place. So, I took up a little money and decided that I'd play around on the slots.
