I think this is my new favorite casino. Went down for a girls weekend and was amazed when I saw…read morethe place. They have a movie theater, concert venue, many restaurants and bars and a couple of towers with hotel rooms. Players cards are given right as you walk in with your ID. On Saturday the parking lot was full but they have an alternate lot across the street and a free shuttle. It took awhile to figure out some of the machines but once we found our machines, it was a lot of fun. I played video blackjack, roulette and baccarat at the table with others that are playing. You can see the hands on the screen. They also had some individual video blackjack and craps games, which I played as well. Super nice wins. Free soft drinks and water. Alcohol not included but drinks are reasonable, around $10 and pretty good.

If I'm paying over 50 bucks for a plate that I'm suppose to use more than 1x then I'd like to have did that. But it wasn't worth the extra plates. The crab legs were very skinny with little to no meat inside of them. If you need me to elaborate on the rest of the restaurants I certainly can. I for one don't feel like it's worth my time. I already wasted my money.

When my dad was getting up in age and unable to go to Las Vegas any longer, we started making trips…read morein the car to Winstar. It's not Las Vegas, but it is a great substitute! We learned not to show up at check in time because the lines can get a little long. We would go during the week when we had that option because it's way less crowded. Once you get a Winstar card, they send you all kinds of deals to save money and to use for gambling. For some reason, my dad was the only one that would receive a postcard in the mail for a free gift, so we would always get in line and claim that! The crowd is a little bit older and in some ways I really enjoyed that. I love their slot machines and they do offer free soft drinks and coffee while you are gambling. You're not allowed to take drinks onto the casino floor so be sure to have some available in your room. One great benefit for older folks is that they have free wheelchairs available at most of the entrances. You just pick one up on your way in and can use it for your stay, then just leave it at the door when you leave. And if there aren't any available, the staff is usually very helpful in finding one for you. It's really nice not having to load up a wheelchair in a vehicle when you make a trip to Winstar. And if you prefer a scooter, there are several companies that will deliver it right to the hotel. We tried several of the restaurants in the casino and our favorite was the fish and chips. They have quite a variety of food places throughout the casino. They also have a large variety of slot machines, from the newest to the oldest. And their casino is huge and very nicely decorated, especially the newer parts. I'm looking forward to my next trip there!

The big screens, lights, sound affects, good seats, and the greatest (my opinion) Texas Band playing all their greatest hits. What more could a fan want. I've stayed here once before back in the before times of 2019…read more I was looking for a quick one-night getaway, and was pleased to find that Treasure Valley had rooms for a single night Saturday stay as this option has become nigh impossible just about everywhere. To my delight, the rates for the room are still the same as they were in 2019 -- $99. Total. No taxes. No Resort Fees. Ninety-nine bucks. The room is super clean and well appointed, but if you're looking for square footage, this ain't it. If you've ever traveled through Japan or Europe, you'll be plenty comfortable. If you're a "looks for reasons to complain" type tourist, this room will be far, far too small for your liking, and you'll spend your stay on the phone to the front desk demanding a structural remodel so you can engage in whatever lascivious activity it is that needs all that real estate. The IHOP express is serviceable and reasonably priced. For a one-night stay, it's tolerable. If I were staying any longer than that, I would get mighty tired of its offerings mighty quickly. The casino has a lovely little bar in it with reasonably priced drinks ($4 beers ~$7 shots). It seems to have a lot of locals who use it as their main sports viewing location. Gets pretty smoky in there, so if you're sensitive to that, this ain't your place. The casino is strictly class II bingo slot machines and a couple table games. Given the choice, I only play video poker, of which there is none in this place. So, I took up a little money and decided that I'd play around on the slots. Much to my surprise, betting as little as I could possibly get away with, I hit a nice all-wilds pay on one machine and two mini bonuses on another. While that was nice, I still wouldn't recommend class II bingo machines for the long haul. Like at all. Then I sauntered over to the Jackpot Hold 'Em table. With a two dollar minimum, I was able to play for a good long while without too much concern as to whether I won or lost. I think I put in about two or three hours and came out exactly three dollars ahead. The frustrating part about that (not Treasure Valley's fault) is the ante you have to pay in Oklahoma. I figure that had I not been forced to pay that, I would've been up closer to $75 than $3. Consider this in ANY table game endeavors in Oklahoma. Contrary to my long-standing beliefs on the impossibilities of winning at class II and Oklahoma table games, I paid for my room and my bar tab via gambling on this trip. Overall, so long as you keep your expectations realistic, I think this is a nice little getaway spot that offers reasonable accommodations for a reasonable price. The employees were super friendly across the board, the locals were quick to share a joke or offer advice on how to play a given game, and they seemed more excited for me than I was any time I hit something that paid me.
