Little background, I used to go all the time to another technician at a different studio, but at some point developed some sort of allergy to Lashes in general. I tried so many different places, types of glue, and lash brands and nothing really seemed to fix the reactions I was having. I don't think it was the fault of any specific place or experience I had. All that said, I gave lash central a shot, and I felt like I didn't have a big reaction for the first time in a long time. I was a little irritated, but again I don't think it had anything to do with lash central, it was more of a me issue. At this point, this is probably the only lash studio in Riverside I would visit.

I'm a OC native that moved out to the IE last year and while there's an endless list of great lash techs out in the Orange County area, her work is even better than all the other 7+ different salons I've visited over the decade. She's always honest about how heavy we can go depending on the condition of my lashes (boo Asian lashes) and always makes sure I'm happy with her work before leaving which I greatly appreciate. I've even brought in my mother-in-law while she was visiting from out of town and she loved her work so much she's said she wants to get them done by her with every visit now!) Then they started charging more to make them fuller, which I agreed to pay, but somehow I've been getting fewer and fewer lashes each time. The last technician I saw did my lashes twice, and both times my right eye had noticeably fewer lashes than my left and they look very uneven. On top of that, they expect you to get a new set every two weeks, which gets extremely expensive. I just got a brand-new set today, and honestly, I feel like pulling them all out. $110 straight in the trash. At this point, the quality simply doesn't justify the price. I'm extremely disappointed, and I will not be going back.

I cannot get past how much glue was used for these cluster lashes. I can't even blink my eyes…read morewithout feeling the glue pulling on my skin. It hurts to close my eyes, it even hurts to squint! I used a Groupon, first she couldn't get over how little she thought I paid. I told her don't worry about how much I paid (I explained I had a Groupon coupon which lowered my price). She kept saying I paid so little even after showing her the voucher with the option I chose. There will be no way for these lashes to fall out naturally because essentially she created one big strip of a lash by adding so much glue across the top. I can't even comb/brush through them. I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.

Sophia targeted the painful area on my body and really spend 30 minutes just really working the tender muscle. I walked out feeling so much better.
