The pictures she did get were good but I didn't even receive half of the pictures you would expect from your wedding. I had specific requested previously the we get a picture of my daughter with just my dress before the wedding, that didn't happen. I did not get a single poses picture with any of the groomsmen. There was ONE pose of just me with all my bridesmaids. There is one single picture in any picture of my ring bear. There is not a picture of my daughter by herself. The pictures with parents only happened in one big group. With grandparents, we just did one group pictures and no individuald. And Brittany had pointed out multiple spots for pictures of just me and David and did only one with dead flowers in the back ground. And then said she was done. Mind you we litterally had 1.5 hours before the reception. I was so wrapped in the moment I didn't even realize any of the other thing. To top all of the missed things off I got charged $300 EXTRA for her going over in her 8 hours. She chose to get to my grandmas at 10 am and know my reception didn't start untill 6, with is 8 hours. She was overhead complaining that people had there phones out during the ceremony, and I'm sure that is why we, me and my husband, only posed in one spot. The morning of she also was talking trash about the bride and wedding she stop the weekend prior. I am extremely disappointed in her performance that day, the most important day of my life. I will never have her take a single picture for me again and I will never refer anyone to her services. I know you might say you are only losing one person but just remember how much I helped you start your business and how many people I have refers to you. I'm actually disgusted at how unprofessional, as a photographer, brittany was the day of and following days of my wedding.
