I've had my eye on a Kiser Hand-Forged Iron Pan for a while, and my wife surprised me by getting me an 11" for Christmas. I'm VERY pleased. I LOVE to cook, and am a big fan of old school, high quality cast iron - but these hand forged pans take it to another level. I seasoned mine today, and did some eggs in it for fried rice, just to get the feel of it, and I'm in love. Next on the list is a 13"! I do a sous vide dry-aged ribeye with an amazing pan finish, and I've been looking for the PERFECT PAN, to do the Ultimate Steak. I think I've found it!!! read more
