On the other hand, if you dig enough, you can find some decent deals, and even if you end up having to throw some of it away, you' haven't spent too much on it. They also have good sales on meat, and they have quite the variety. The prices on packaged goods are still very high, but they seem to have everything you could ever need, and lots of varities of beans, rice, grains and bulk items.

Walked down a couple aisles thought "yep", this is the same place! It is so neat and well, organized; absolutely phenomenal! Had my arms full, turned towards the register. An absolutely beautiful young woman, Vivian, said she'd get me a cart, and verified they had done a complete makeover 3 years earlier. I must have been in there for at least 45 minutes. Staff were busy behind the counters and in the aisles. Everyone acknowledged my presence and offered their help. I scored BIGLY! The Musakhan* (chicken with sumac) didn't make it out of the parking lot. It was deeelish. That was a new dish for me. Yum... *I think
