Kirsh "Title Company" is actually a Law Firm as well. They bring this all to the table when you settle with them. And yes there are a lot of title companies out there to mix in the mire. We have used some of these title companies in the past so we know what else is out there. It can be scary. However, we did a settlement with Mr. Kirsh and his company about three years ago for our residential home. He and his staff are courteous, professional as well as proficient. BEWARE REALTORS! - We just did a settlement with this firm and "Oh My". You will need to baby-sit every move. Too many mistakes on the HUD. Missing Administrative Fee. After bringing it to their attention Peter Kirsh basically said although its OUR mistake, collect the fee from your client!! REALLY? There are too many title companies out there to choose from folks. They collect a fee for a reason. To do a job. Buyers, Sellers and Agents should not have to baby-sit a Title Company. Thumbs Down!!! read more
