I should just copy and paste the review from the Douglasville location here because these stores are pretty much the same. Great home decor, friendly staff, clutter free (Although it had stuff everywhere), and they even had a 25% off sale going on (1/5/13). Now this location always seem to have items outside to lure you in. I actually stopped because I saw a lovely wicker patio set with bid plush red pillows and I just had to go over and check it out! The Douglasville location never advertises this way, but it is a nearer store and maybe they don't know all the tricks as of yet. I don't think I've ever entered a Kirkland's that I didn't like and this one is no exception to the rule. But I would feel bad if I did not warn you fellow Shoppers.....You will find something that you want and or need in the place! You will see some items that you have never seen anywhere else in this place! And they will have some kind of "Sale" going on even if the prices have been the same for 3 months! So keep "Sale" notes on the items that interest you! And if you aren't careful and keep coming back they will eventually have that item you have your eye on for sale! So be careful. Especially if you are like me and live with a man that complains about your "Shopping Issues!". Sorry guys, that was for him. :)

Love this store. I always seem to find something even when I'm not looking for anything. They have great sales and a lot of items for the home. I would suggest at this location to provide wipes just in case customers ask (because I did lol). The shopping cart/ baskets were extremely dirty. Not just from the material of the items in the store but in general. I only came into contact with the cashier and no other associate She was attentive and made me aware I had a coupon on my account I could use. I will be back as I shop at Kirklands frequently. read more

When your merchandise is being rung up, keep an eye on the price that rings up. I bought a picture from Kirkland's yesterday. It was priced at $49.99 and 50% off. Paid and went home. Check my receipt and it had rung up at $59.99 and 50% off. Same SKU number. I should've paid $25 plus tax and I paid $30 plus tax. Not worth it to go back for $5, but I'll be sure and check the price that rings up from now on. read more

I love Kirkland's! Awesome store with great home decor and reasonable prices. I walked in the store today and was handed a 30% off coupon to me from one of the employees. The coupon was good to use even on sale items! Score! I was able to nab a $24.99 lamp (which was on sale already) and I got it for a total of $14.97 tax included. I am happy with my purchase and can't wait to add it to my desk when I get home. The employees where friendly and very helpful to me when I asked for help. Thank you Kirkland's! read more

Who doesn't love the smell of Kirkland's? Well if you don't like a smell of pomegranate mixed with tears of happiness then don't go there! They have some of the cutest decorations a gal can ask for. I went there looking for a special piece for my foyer. They had tons of paintings on sale and also the fall decor was on sale also. I was greeted once i walked through the door, there is plenty of merchandise to choose for but I didn't feel it was as cluttered as some Kirkland's I have been to previously. I didn't find a what i was looking for but that's because I am look for something really unique. I did pick up a few items including those smell good packs (cant think of the actually name lol) that you can place in your car or trash can or just anywhere for a boost of fragrance. The cashier helped me enroll into the rewards programs and she was also very friendly. I know I will be back! read more

The only other review for this location is from Kimberly S. three years ago. Perhaps this location has changed management, because the review she provided is a huge variance from mine. I was a ghost a the Kirkland's located on Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy. I wasn't greeted at the door, nor did any associate ask if I needed any help. I spent 30 minutes there looking around as I usually do in any store first. I plain to purchase the beautiful glass pumpkins for harvest . I love the fall and the decor that's available for it. One of the sales associates named Emily, made circles around me several times. She gave me eye contact a few times, but never said one word to me. I'd think after spending a whopping 30 minutes in the store she would have asked if I needed help. Instead she crossed over me to help someone that came in the store long after me. The customer service used to be bar none. i could walk in and get help, greeted, and suggestions all of the time. The staff use to know my name and would ask me how my last purchase is working for me. That made me fill like part of the Kirkland's family. I'd take a photo and post my home decor on Kirkland's website...proudly. This review is more about the customer service, but let me mention Kirkland's doesn't have the beautiful home decor it once had 20 years ago. Yes! I use to be an avid Kirkland's shopper until Kirkland's inventory began to look common. I have pieces from Kirkland's right now you wouldn't believe I purchased from them, due to the uniqueness. Since I was a ghost, I put the two pumpkins down and walked out. Know one noticed. read more

Never Never never order anything for ship to the store! This place has " special people " and I do mean special employees who handle E-Commerce returns and if you try to return an item bought online in the store and they aren't on duty to have to do this while they are there! I drove 30 miles to wait in line and THEN FOUND OUT! Plus the line for the 2 women In front of me to purchase whatever baubles they were buying while chatting up the cashiers was a total waste of more of MY LIFE I CANT HAVE BACK?? If you want to do some shopping for some food or maybe just some shopping for a bite to eat, then this is your spot. You'll come into the market but you have to worry about parking because it's not free but if you're in the city you already know that. They have a validation for parking system there so you can make sure you use that, which is right by the door. There's also other places to park, which is street parking, that you could use your park mobile app as well if you'd prefer to do that or if the parking lot is full. This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. Picking up a couple of steaks and some shrimp is easy work for a spot like this. I actually would probably go for a holiday situation to where I was buying meat to put on the grill.
