My time with them was top notch!! They were kind, caring, and compassionate. They were able to cremate my mother on site, without sending her elsewhere and also filled our urns we purchased online. The room we rented was beautiful and they had everything we needed. They worked as a team, and answered all my questions as well as did a lot of paper work for me. They were very helpful. Their prices were very competitive, and I felt it was a great value. They handled everything we needed. Definitely go to Teolis for your family's funeral and cremation needs.

Most people would agree that Funeral Homes are unpleasant but necessary businesses. I learned that…read moreearlier than most because I was just nineteen when my Dad died. My older brother actually became a Funeral Director, and eventually a Coroner, so I am really critical when I go to a funeral. The building for this FH is modern, as it was recently built. We chose them because they built next to the Cemetary where our family plot is. Our country is still under quarantine, so social gatherings are discouraged, but if your immediate family is more than 20 to start with, who do you tell not to come? Our chosen FD was both honest and concerned. He assured me that anyone who wanted to come would be welcome. We posted in the obituary that the service was private by invitation only, so the true family and friends will be there. We are confident there will not be any confrontations or negative energy tomorrow when we bury my son. Say a prayer for us, please.

I was told by the nursing home that prior arrangements were made, although upon his passing I was then told, only the cemetery arrangements were made. I was involved everyday for a week with multiple phone calls to many people on how to handle burial arrangements since there was no family where he lived and family had not been in contact for many years. When advised that he had a burial plot at Grandview Cemetery, I contacted them and spoke to "Valerie". She was familiar with the situation and gave me guidance on how to handle the situation. So, understand our frustration and anger with phone calls that were never returned, follow up on headstones that was inaccurate, and, sadly, a very dismissive and negative attitude from the key salesman who treated us with zero empathy. We finally, finally - 17 months after the first parent died - got her headstone - and a return phone call from a brand-new employee. It took a totally new person in that company to recognize how to treat a customer. In good conscience, we cannot recommend Ventling Memorials to anyone.
