I always make a point to be 5-10 minutes early to appointments. There are barbers in this shop who are supposed to take walk ins, the whole purpose of making an appointment is to fit a haircut into a busy schedule. I have been shafted too many times at this shop to continue spending hard earned money here. I get cuts every week, and tip well, I will go somewhere else that values their customers time and appointments. EDIT: After leaving this review on google I have found someone left a review for the same issue just yesterday. Truly astounding. Tracy did not show even an ounce of remorse when I got up and left today as I sat waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time with someone else still in the chair. If this was a one off occurrence or maybe twice I'd consider it a non issue. Well over half my appointments over the last 6 months went just like this.

First visit I booked on site my grandson got the cut I paid the Booksy listed fee & tipped $10. When my bf saw the cut he pointed out the lineup was crooked but I couldn't tell. I asked my grandson did he like it which he stated it's alright & he liked my bf's barber better. So weeks later I booked here once again because my grandson was going out of town & I needed him cut ASAP. Got there my grandson went right in & basically came right out. He was cut in less than 20 minutes. I paid & this time I was charged $30 but at my first initial visit $20 & Booksy lists kid cuts at $20. He did nothing different to my grandson's hair & his first visit took a little over 30 minutes. So at that point I decided we weren't going to patronize this establishment again. So I started taking him back to Raleigh every other Saturday to his preferred barber. Well last week I needed to get him a local cut until I could find another stand in barber in Clayton. I booked the appointment & 30 minutes after arriving my grandson still hadn't been seated. At most an hour still not serviced so I got lil man & got gone. If I make an appointment honor my time just like you want clients to honor yours. So it's a wrap for us & I'll take my money back to his preferred barber that has respect for my time & doesn't price gouge & honors the pricing on his Booksy listing.

Don't bother showing up early it doesn't mater they might not open on time and wait for any hour to get a haircut only for them not to open on time. That's the only wack part. There was a moment where someone was supposed to cut my hair, and they outright ignored me and picked someone else. I also got a simple shave and a slight beard trim, and it cost me $40. The same cut from different barbers in Glen's would charge me anywhere between $25 to $30. I also only got a cut two weeks ago, so there wasn't that much hair to speak of to begin with. At this point, I'm sick of the inconsistent pricing, which varies WILDLY between barber to barber in that place. If you can't consistently offer me uniform pricing, I need to go somewhere the price is consistent. I had budgeted for what they normally charged me, but I was not prepared to shell out an extra $10. I'm deeply disappointed, and I'm never coming back

I arrived a little late due to traffic, but thankfully they were as friendly as could be and were still able to take me for my appointment. As a woman who spends a lot of time and effort on my hair as far as coloring and conditioning services, I can definitely understand the commitment to keeping the tresses healthy - BUT, I never realized how incredibly overpriced it is to get a simple trim in the Triangle nowadays. I looked up so many places where a women's cut *starts* at $60... absurd. As luck would have it, I found Arrow, which was actually recommended to me for my guy a while ago. My stylist greeted me in by name, led me to my chair and asked me what were looking to do. I told her just a little trim to get rid of the dry ends and a little face framing to bring it together. And boom! She quickly trimmed up my hair, making sure it was even from all angles, even checking in to make sure we were aligned on how I wanted the face framing pieces and I couldn't be happier. Just sad I didn't get to catch her name because she was awesome and made the whole process so pleasant! Would 100% recommend to any ladies looking for a routine trim at a great price. I think they also offer free beer for guests; I'm unfortunately not a beer person but just so you know!
