Now should you ever find yourself in Kirby, AR - stop! An older Army vet told us they make a mean BLT and he was not wrong. I saw the young female cook had a chicken & cheese quesadilla on the grill. It was full of chicken and had plenty of cheese melting so I ordered & it was the bomb! Husband confirmed best quesadilla ever! Plus you need to buy some peanut brittle from The Lighthouse Church, orange cranberry pound cake from a sweet little local lady, participate in the raffle to win a quilt, and read the local paper. But don't plan on buying beer, it's dry! read more
