They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.

However, my most recent visits have been deeply disappointing due to interactions with two employees, Julie and Komona. Over the past three weeks, I visited the dealership twice and encountered significant difficulties dealing with Julie and Komona. Despite my strong credit history and proven track record as a customer, I was misinformed and treated unfairly. Julie incorrectly told me that my FICO score was significantly lower than it actually is--something I know firsthand, as I have been working diligently for two years to improve it. She also stated that I would need a cosigner, which turned out to be false. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to another location of the same brand. Within an hour and a half, I was approved for the exact same vehicle--without a cosigner and with a better interest rate. That vehicle is now being allocated to me, and I'll be picking it up in the next 10 days. What disappoints me most is that I've been a loyal customer, and I've even helped this dealership with sponsorship opportunities in the past. I expected honesty, transparency, and a level of respect that simply wasn't given during my last two visits. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I will not be returning to this location, nor will I refer others here as I have in the past. I'll be sending them to the Eldorado location instead, where I was treated fairly and professionally. To be clear, I still highly recommend working with Raymond Benton--he's an exceptional salesman--and Joel, the general manager, has always been great. Unfortunately, neither of them was available when I visited, and the experience I had in their absence was unacceptable. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how customers are treated. Every customer deserves to be treated with honesty and respect, especially loyal ones. Eldorado Karl Malone Toyota will forever have my business. MNH

If this review seems over-the-top, understand something first:…read more Parker Tire & Alignment has completely ruined every other mechanic shop for me forever. 2021. Friday afternoon. 3 PM. Wife has a flat tire. We're brand new to town. Zero local connections. Panic level: catastrophic. So I start calling mechanic shops around town. Most of them treated my situation like I had interrupted the last 30 seconds of the Super Bowl. "Yeahhhh we're about to close." Cool. Outstanding. Appreciate the tremendous support. Then I called Parker Tire & Alignment. And Colin answered. Brother... this man didn't sound annoyed. He didn't sound rushed. He sounded like a first responder arriving at the scene of an automotive natural disaster. I'm convinced alarms started going off in the shop the second I explained the situation. "Woman stranded." "Friday tire emergency." "Deploy Colin immediately." With less than an hour before closing on a Friday, he treated us like we were lifelong customers instead of an inconvenience standing between him and the weekend. That one interaction locked us in permanently. Since then, Parker Tire & Alignment has worked on EVERYTHING we own. Tires Batteries Alignments Diagnostics Major engine work Probably spacecraft if you asked nicely And every single time: ABSOLUTE. PERFECTION. Their technicians are different. These aren't normal mechanics. These are automotive cryptid-level entities operating on knowledge mankind was never supposed to possess. I'm convinced one of them can identify engine problems through echolocation. Now let's discuss something almost extinct in 2026: HONESTY. These people will tell you the TRUTH. Not the dealership version of the truth. Not the "we found 14 additional problems" truth. Not the "your cabin air filter is spiritually misaligned" truth. REAL truth. If something needs fixing, they'll tell you. If it DOESN'T need fixing, they'll tell you that too. No pressure. No nonsense. No mystery fees generated by a random number generator hidden in the back office. That level of integrity is rarer than a Honda Altima driver using a turn signal. At this point, my trust in Colin is irrational. If he walked outside tomorrow, looked at my vehicle for 6 seconds, and quietly said: "Yeah... unfortunately the only solution is to take it to our shop on the Moon." I'd probably just nod and ask: "What time should I drop the keys off?" Absolute legends. The gold standard.
