The flavor was not it . my husband ordered a burrito XL ( he loved it) my daughter had wings- Lemon pepper and a side of fries those were 10/10, fully flavored. (Btw las micheladas estan buenisimas. Do I I recommend this place? Yes I do. I'm willing to try different plates next time we come. El muchacho que nos attendio super amable . We were greeted promptly and decided to sit outside. We both ordered the happy hour margaritas -- mine with Tajín and his with salt. They were really good and had a nice little kick! We ordered the empanadas as an appetizer, and I got the pick-two with a chicken burrito and ground beef taco. My sweetie ordered the steak. Unfortunately, our biggest disappointment was that the appetizer and entrées were brought out at the same time, even though we specifically ordered the empanadas as an appetizer. To make matters worse, the food wasn't hot. It was more like room temperature. I considered saying something, but we decided to just enjoy what we could and keep it moving. The service was okay, but with the restaurant not being busy, I expected better attention to timing and, most importantly, food temperature. The margaritas were the highlight, but unfortunately the overall experience left us not impressed. Hopefully the restaurant takes this as constructive feedback because with better timing and properly heated food, this could have been a much better visit.

Restaurant was especially busy for the middle of the afternoon.

The margarita was flavorful with peach and mango. It took a lot out of me not to suck the whole thing down in one drink. The flavoring was the best when you licked threw salt and then took a drink. So yummy! I ordered the shredded beef flautas for dinner. I got 3 chunky flautas covered in fresh lettuce, cojita and sour cream. My side of rice and beans looked super tasty! My flautas were perfectly crunchy with tender and savory beef in the middle. The ultimate bite was the flauta, lettuce, cojita and sour cream together. So good! I ate too much of the chips, cheese dip and salsa so I only had 2 of the 3 flautas. It was a hearty meal! The cheese dip is money so order the cheese dip! You won't regret it! We ended dinner with a fried ice cream. The size of this ice cream is no joke! I love the heavy dusting of cinnamon on top of the ice cream and whipped cream. The corn flakes were sweet and chewy. The ice cream was creamy! The perfect bite was the ice cream, corn flakes and some with the cinnamon dusted whipped cream. A fantastic treat after dinner! I did notice the gentleman next to me eat something called Bobby's plate. It's grilled veggies with a piece of grilled chicken, a plate named after a customer after he passed. It was his specific meal he ate all the time. That is what I'll be having next year! I had such a fun time tonight and a fantastic dinner. Looking forward to next year's fiesta!

The portion of rice beans and the melted cheese was small. They only give you three tortillas and I feel it should be 4. You have to think about the " stuff " to tortilla ratio. They give you a big bag of plain nacho chips. Plain. Not salted. We also got an order of the flan. Kind of small but good taste. The whipped cream and chocolate sauce was in a little plastic ramican the size of a papa John sauce so again one bite and you have used it up and the flan to whipped cream " ratio" is not there. I would definitely try them again for a meal on premises to get the sizzle and presentation. Once I do I will update the score if it is necessary.
