They never pulled permits and the township made them vacate the property. Took two months for them to finish permits and get started. They never put in the footers under the cement pad addition per the requirements on the building permit. They rarely showed up to work and then usually 1 person would work for a few hours. When they finally got OSB sheets on the roof they never covered it so it has sat all winter and spring in the weather. Finally fired them and township insepctors have now reviewed the work and indicated all of the code violations. They have a significant amount of our money and we still do not have anything that was contracted for. I would look elsewhere.

Along with their professionalism, they do excellent QUALITY work, including the cleanup, with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail. I was blown away by the amazing service I received. We agreed to the terms on a Friday and 5 days later my roof job was started and completed in 1 day. He sent me a video of the decking after the old roof was torn off and another video showing the finished, new roof. He also went to the neighbor's houses early that day to let them know that work was being done on our house. Several of my relatives were at the house and were all impressed by Jose and his crew.
