I have taken a loan, my payments at first were not on time but I have made MANY payments with them, and the "manager" Joy has been very nasty and rude about a simple misunderstanding. Not accommodating and lacking basic customer service skills. She was speaking to me in the manor of an angry family member and was very rude unprofessional. She honestly asked me why i could come borrow and couldn't drop my 9/5 (which im using to pay them) to show up. SHe was very berating, and loud and nasty on my WORK phone. Int he past she has been rude and standoffish with my husband as well. Best advice ask elsewhere so you not threatened and stalked over 500 dollars!
