However, the employees at this branch do not seem to be as knowledgeable about the products that SC Federal offers and how the field of membership works as defined in their charter. One of my family members was joining through me, so I went in with them and it seemed as if they were unsure of how things such as overdraft, debit cards and mailing addresses work. On the other side, they were very friendly and nice. In the end, we're smart people and we know what we needed, so after some detailed explaining they were able to do exactly what we were asking for. Overall, I'd definitely recommend SC Federal to my friends because I also get great service and don't have any fees for using them.

Surprise! Turned out it was unsafe to purchase and it should have been unsafe to sell. However, stupid me, gave them a second chance when my husband decided he wanted a pristine car on their lot. 7 years old but only 40K miles. Asked for the CarFax report twice and never got it. Was told it was in a minor accident - later when I got the CarFax report after we started having multiple problems post purchase, the report indicated 2 accidents and the second one was " moderate " damage both right back and left front corners of the car AND the sunroof were damaged which meant it was in a double collision front and back. During the 3 months we had it, we had it in the shop 5 times and $2000 later, we were told the engine had a crack and that would be $8000. Paid $16K for the car, so we decided to sell it to an auction. Had to buy another car + take a $10K hit on what we lost on the first car. I will NEVER buy a used car again unless I get full coverage and it goes through full certification by the dealer. Lesson learned. If you decide you want to buy from these sheisters, make sure you get it checked out by your own mechanic or take it to a dealers service department to see if they will certify it. It's unconscionable to sell unsafe and damaged cars and it's people like this that give car salesmen a bad name.

We have a one year old sweet Chihuahua baby girl who has been going to this branch off of Glenn McConnell with my Wife since she was 2 months old, she's a sweet, friendly, loving, and housebroken puppy who everyone at the branch loves, and nobody there has ever told my Wife that she couldn't bring her, as a matter of fact, she has been told by many of the Tellers and other Bank personnel that she always brightens their day. Well, that's until the new, not pet-friendly Branch Manager, Brenda Bollard, decided to approach my Wife and tell her that our Baby wasn't allowed there anymore. I guess this "nice" Branch Manager would rather have my Wife leave our sweet baby in the car to have her life endangered by the heat. I feel the actions and behavior of this cruel and insensitive woman have a lot to be desired, and as a result of her banning Lucy from coming to the bank anymore, Lucy can't any longer go spread the love and happiness that she used to spread to those Tellers and Bank Employees.
