You can buy your tickets at the window, but they also have a few kiosks in front. Movies are a bit different in Brazil, you're going to get assigned seats so make sure you buy your tickets early so you can pick a good location - no need to wait in line early.
This theater has a bookstore, a café, and a small snack shop as well. Popcorn and pop are ridiculously cheap here. Compare it to the U.S. where you're going to pay $20 for a large of each. Here they cost around R$15.
Most of the movies are shown with subtitles, but make sure you pay attention when buying the tickets because some (like almost all animated films) are dubbed.
The theater is a bit cold, but the seats are super comfortable and the image and sound are great. An excellent place to go on a rainy or lazy day.
