The instructor was great and helped me get settled in and setup the reformer with the jumpboard. I've taken reformer classes before, so it was a good extension of trying something slightly different. There's sticky pads to put on the reformer so you don't slip and we also used very squishy balls. I wasn't exhausted or overly sweaty, but felt like I got a good workout in. The people here are friendly and would definitely recommend checking this place out.

They told me that they needed to write corporate well now we're going on for weeks still waiting. Please don't waste your money or your time by going to the gym because they are not true to their word. How is this ok!!
