I used a pump in the summer it was very slow then it didn't shut off when my tank was full- I got gas on my car and shoes; lady inside told me to just wash it of with washer fluid. Same pump this winter by husband took his SUV to the exact same pump must of taken 15 mins. to fill up while I waited in the car then it over filled and made a mess again. He went in and complained the girl called her supervisor because my husband had a 1/4 tank of gas when he got there, he has a 60 litre tank and it put 59 litres of gas into his SUV then made a mess. Supervisor said there is nothing wrong with the pump and it must be his SUV. We do not use this gas station anymore I drive further to the one on Falconbridge to fill up now.

He hands his triangle card for payment and then proceeds to get a car wash. Out of the blue he gets a letter from GSPS informing him that he did not pay for his gas. My dad, mortified calls and promptly goes straight to the gas bar and pays his bill. Shanon Malette then gives him a NO TRESPASS letter. He is now barred from ever going to that gas bar ever again because of their error when putting through the payment of car washes and fuel. My dad has been going to Canadian Tire and gas bar for over 50 years. He is the most loyal Canadian Tire customer I know. Even when the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot and even the more recent Costco gas bar, my dad said nope, we support Canadian Tire in this family. I can assure you now that his family will no longer support your business. My husband and son are in the car business, I can tell you that we will be talking about this situation to EVERYONE that crosses our path. It is absolutely disgusting how Canadian Tire has treated one of their most loyal customers. Shame on YOU!

Not a word. Went back to my vehicle and saw a sign that said "Double your Petro-Points on all your lottery games." which rubbed more salt into my poor customer experience! He didn't ask me if I had a Petro-Points card, which I did!
