The store is well maintained and the employees are very helpful. There are tasting stations around with a schedule posted . Great experience and highly recommended this store in the Cherry Hill area. This is the second class we've attended at the Cherry Hill location. They always have a robust calendar of monthly events, many of which are only $20 per person. So reasonable! You must purchase your tickets in advance (online). Seating is open (classroom style) and they provide light refreshments at the start of the event (meats, cheeses, fruit, and crackers). I am a big proponent of hydration and they have tons of water on hand. The classes are led by Total Wine and More employees and each person has their own unique style. They normally start with a PowerPoint presentation about the featured wines, and then wine sipping begins shortly thereafter. Our only "gripe" is the time it takes for the wine glasses to be filled. They have one person filling the glasses, and when the class is packed, it takes them a while to get to everyone. This disrupts the flow of the session. It may be beneficial to begin filling the glasses at the start of the class, rather than just as we are about to begin tasting. That aside, we always walk away feeling like we learned something valuable and fun. They offer nice discounts if you decide to purchase the wines you sampled. They in no way pressure you to purchase anything you tasted. We look forward to attending additional events!

I'm not much of a drinker. I couldn't tell you the difference between a cognac and a whiskey…read more However, I was looking for a particular brand of an alcoholic beverage and having called several liquor stores without any luck, I thought I'd try this place by actually running into the store. I wasn't sure where to look, so after about 10 minutes of aimlessly walking around, I finally stopped and asked for help. Apparently they carry the brand, but not the flavor I was looking for. I asked if there was a way they could order it, and they looked like I was asking them to commit a heinous crime. I pretty much got the runaround - "call us later and we'll check", "probably need to talk to a manager", "have to wait until the local sales rep stops in..." USELESS, I TELL YA. I will say the store was clean and displays were nice.

Signage that makes sense and inventory levels that allow you to raise your tumbler high and wonder what's really chaffing people about this supply chain thing. And even though beer ain't really my jam they have all of the mix and match micro-brews any self respecting backward baseball hat wearing barfly could want. Who's up for an asparagus maple IPA? I'm not... but it's there if you prefer drinking your pancakes and vegetables. Wegmans liquor is an easy five stars and if you're seeing double, make that ten stars.

"This is where I stock up on my supplies..." said the alcoholic in denial…read more Sure it's about a 20 minute drive into Jersey, $3 toll to get back to Philly and flow in traffic with Jersey-ites but it's so worth it. They have hundreds of wines to choose from dozens of areas such as Spain, Italy, France, Argentina, California* etc. They even have organic wines for all you pansies out there. They also sell miro and imported beer, mixers, hard alcohol and there are even sections for Japanese/Chinese/Korean alcohol. They even have carts for you in the front to make your shopping trip even lighter. If you are on the way out to a snazzy BYO, they have a sweet selection of chilled beers/wines in the back. Living in PA, the only things I love more than buying all my alcohol needs under one roof is buying alcohol at the grocery store and bacon.** While they don't carry everything under the sun, there is still a very wide selection of alcohol at the best prices in the area. They also have random sales on wine and no they are not always rubbish wine. These sales can only be enjoyed if you're a "club member" meaning you give them your email/address and they give you a little barcode-keycard. This is the only place go to stock up on wine and I usually leave with a case or two. I am not an alcoholic. *What? CA isn't a country? Cause it looks bigger than Italy on google maps. **Whoever took away the rights to allow a store in PA to sell both wine and beer needs to never be allowed to eat bacon again... unless they're already dead, then... well. there's nothing I can do about that.

The proximity to my house made Wine Legend my go-to spot for whenever I needed to stock up on adult beverages. When I eventually noticed the solid selection of brew along the back wall of the store, I figured I was all set. Unfortunately, I've picked up at least two bottles that tasted off when I got them home: Saison DuPont on the first occasion and, coincidentally, Avril (also by Brasserie Dupont) on a separate occasion months later. These bottles don't come cheap and I definitely will not be taking a chance on suds at this particular store in the future. For the occasional tailgate, cases of Bud Light and other swill have always been fine.
