Your response did not address any concerns I had. You put the blame on me that I didnt give you enough time. Really!? You had 3 weeks to give me 3 days of 24 hour service. All you talked about was how you meet standards. All the office needed to do is call me to reschedule. Not to ignore our appointment and then not to reschedule considering a very stress time. Excuse me. Feel for the client and stop justifying poor service. read more

Kingsway Home Care provides assistance to people who wish to remain in their own home by offering an array of services. Our nursing staff will assess your needs and assist in determining a schedule that is personally suited to you in your surroundings. Services can be hourly, daily, or weekly, and around the clock if needed. Individualized services and fees are pre-arranged on a case-by-case basis. Minimum hourly requirements may apply.
