I got so frustrated trying to clean my car myself, I said screw it, I'll call around and see what can be done. I called Aqua carwash first, because the price seemed decent. Made an appointment, and when I showed up, they refused to clean my car because it was too dirty! They made a huge deal, made faces, and said it was disgusting. I was mortified. I tried one more place - because I had nothing to lose, and the owner -Mike- of The Car Salon got me an appointment for the next day. I warned them about the state of my car, and they assured me it was no big deal. Showed up to my appointment, they said that they've seen worse, no problem! 2 hours later, my car is AMAZING. It smells so good, stains that I thought were for sure never going to come out are gone, and I can finally have people in my car without apologizing. Any things that I accidentally left in the car were packed neatly away in my trunk, and the staff were super friendly and quick at what they do. These guys have my business forever. Thanks Mike!

I got more equipment and had it redone, but they didnt install tweaters in rear door panels, found.adapter and went back and had them put in, the next day I noticed the rips in my door panels, its a Lexus that I clean often so would notice this.. my dog doesnt scratch the interior, dog is old and slow, no other scratches. I didnt harass anyone or was rude to customers. I was nice, even bought the installer lunch. I wasted almost $2000 on a crappy install, and you wouldn't admit tearing my door panels because they'd be expensive.. yeah sure go ahead and blame my dog

Our "sales" person Leslie informed us that the vehicle was currently in Belleville. She said that she could bring it to Kingston but that we should pay a $500 deposit. When asked why we needed a deposit on a vehicle that we were approved for, we were told that we should just pay it because we would have to pay $500 upon the signing of the financing anyway and it guarantees that no one else will buy it. The next step was to get a test drive. Who puts a deposit on a vehicle that they have never seen or tested? Leslie let's us know that the vehicle we had been waiting for had arrived from Belleville but that it was out on a test drive. I was floored... The vehicle was being brought for us to buy and we were already approved. By the time we got to the lot, the "other" person's test drive just wrapped up. We were informed by Leslie that the other person showed their commitment to buy by placing a deposit, despite the fact that we were ready to test drive and sign. How patronizing can a sales rep be? Bad bad bad bad bad service. Imagine you apply for $25000 to $30000 (and getting approved) and they refuse to sell because someone else "showed more commitment"
