With writing this letter of appreciation, it is hard to even know where to start when it comes to…read morethanking the staff of Tulips & Maple Catering. Each member of the catering staff had an essential role in helping us carry out our dream wedding. We truly are thankful, and grateful for the professionalism the members of the company presented throughout the special day. We also must acknowledge that our wedding was not the easiest to cater due to it occurring during pandemic times. However, Dani (i.e., organizer) was able to effectively guide us through the process to ensure that we were able to have a safe wedding, but still have all the festivities/décor that we desired. Let's talk about the food, simply put, "it was absolutely terrific". From the appetizers (i.e., mac & cheese), to the dinner (i.e., stuffed chicken), and the grand finale of chocolate mouse; the food was made with pride and passion. Set our bias aside when we say that the food was the best we have ever had at any wedding. Chef, Louie promised us that we would have nothing to worry about when it came to the taste of the food come the wedding day, and he fulfilled this promise. We thank-you for keeping your word being a true genuine person who cares about their craft. For those that are reading this review, your worries and apprehension around selecting a catering company will instantly be extinguished if you make the choice to have the Tulips & Maple staff join you on your special day. Thanks, Dustin and Geraldine "Sinclair"

I cant say enough about the service that was provided they did an outstanding job. The food was absolutely delicious. I could not have been more pleased .Everyone raved about it and still continue to ask me who the caterer was. I have given your cards out to people that have asked me for them. Again thank you so much for working with me to make this exactly what my daughter wanted. Susan Wilkes

I do wonder how often it gets a scrub thought as sometimes I am there and it looks grubby. I also think it is a rip off that they charge the adults when you have to go in with your child. Although they do offer day camp during the summer for older kids but these kids don't really seem to be supervised as they are running around all over whacking each other play weapons. All in all I will take my son back as he does enjoy it.

Purchased a button maker online and add-on die. Came quickly…read more Turns out the one i got was defective in that the add-on dies didn't exactly fit and got stuck once they were in there. The main machine was fine however. Contacted customer service and was told to send the machine back so they could potentially fix or replace. However, they wouldn't provide a return label. This is a heavy machine that needs to be shipped internationally. Why should I be responsible for return shipping costs when it obviously has a problem? I could see if i just wanted to return it. I offered to return the defective parts, they insist that i send the whole machine back. Didn't even offer to send replacements. It's not a perfect machine and not without it's other issues outside of the main one, but this just puts the nail in the coffin for me. Haven't gotten a response to my latest email. Not gonna be purchasing anything else from here again for fear I'd get stuck with something that doesn't work.
