Positives the guy did have a smile, as advertised. negatives most of the cleaning jobs I wanted doing weren't done, they just happend to be the most important ones and the ones i really did not want to have to do myself. the mopping wasnt done in the kitchen which he said he would do, the tv cabinet wasnt wiped, the windows werent wiped. the thing that made me most mad was ALL the furniture he had moved he did not put back :-s why would you remove EVERYTHING from under my bed then leave it lying around?! and my kitchen table was left miles away from its original place. Also he tried to use the same cloth all over the house, I stepped in when he began wiping my fridge with it when 10 mins ago he had been wiping around the toilet :(
