Beware of this podiatry group. I had a knee injury and was told to see a podiatrist about my feet. I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was prescribed some custom orthotics worth over $900 which was fine but when I made a follow up appointment because my osteo was telling me the orthotics were unsuitable and throwing my hips out I was rudely kicked out of the practice and told I was unable to see anyone due to a payment processing error that was made by them. Even after this was rectified they did not follow up with me for 3 months by which stage I had stopped wearing the orthotics due to severe pain issues. The most disappointing part was I had them reviewed by two other podiatrists who blatantly told me that the design of these orthotics was unsuitable for my specific functionality and would most likely cause me more problems in the future.
